Salon Policies

Guests are asked to cancel appointments online at least 24 hours before the service. There will be a $60 charge added onto your next service if a cancellation is made inside the 24 hour window.

No-show appointments are when a guest fails to cancel or contact AnaLyn Salon prior to the appointment. No show clients will pre-pay each future appointment, which will include a one time charge of $60 for the next salon service. There will be no exceptions.

AnaLyn Salon understands when life happens and will make every possible adjustment to accommodate late arrivals. Please understand these adjustments may include changes to your original requested service. We respectfully ask that you contact us as soon as you are aware of the pending late arrival. The sooner the better! Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointments canceled and will be charged a $60 fee with the next service.
